Last week was my birthday, so we celebrated with a nice lunch at Mali Bar. Although I found it somewhat overpriced the place is still a welcome addition to the long line of uninspired restaurants in Zagreb. I would definitely recommend the paté, although the tempura zucchini flowers and the saffron tuna were really great as well.

When I’m stressed, I cook. So here’s today’s carrot/apple/ginger soup.
Looking forward to the day when I’ll say goodbye to my thesis, and have the time to just walk around and take photos. But for now, these late night beers and walks home seem just as nice.
